Mr Fireworks
Exciting, fun, lively, fickle-minded
Come into your life like a hurricane
And then vanished with the wind
You cry thunder and lightning for weeks, maybe months
You think you would die
But then you move on with a bang
No looking back
*It’s just like taking a thrilling rollercoaster ride at the theme park
VERSUS
Mr Candle
Subtle, stable, calming, soothing
Glides gently into your life without you noticing it
You only realise how much he means to you when he’s gone
He takes your heart with him
You know you would never love like that again
You cry quietly for months, maybe years
It takes a lifetime to get over him
*Similar as taking a relaxing cruise accross the deep ocean
2006 has been quite a year so far and it’s not even half way through yet. I’ve met a Mr Candle and a Mr Fireworks. Both have disappointed me but guess who’s still on my mind:)
