Change of Plans

I just got news from my publisher friend on my novel. I knew there had to be a certain risk involved in working with small fishes. Only I didn’t expect it to come at such an early stage. Anyway, to cut a long story short, I now have more time to write and there was no specific deadline to meet. That was good news. However, the bad news was the manuscript has to be at least twice as long as the original length that she had given me.
There are other pros and cons arising from this change, which I would spare you. But 90 more single spacing, A4 pages? Mann!!! Elaborating here and there would not be enough. I need a longer plot without adding in unnecessary complications or adding in new characters. I’m still determined to make this a true story.
Hence, I should meet up with The Stranger;)
No more chickening out now:p
