I was listening to Celine Dion’s ‘I love you’ on my i-pod as I walked into Coffee Bean in my jeans and t-shirt this morning. I haven’t patronised the outlet located at the ground level of my office for more than a month. This also means that I’ve only downed brewed coffee 3 times in 33 days. It wasn’t widely available in Mecca, had to wait till my father wanted to have breakfast at the Hilton.
I’m used to an average of 2 to 3 cups a day, regular or large. Suddenly, I found that even a small cup a day was too much! Have I overcomed my caffein addiction for good? Hehe…I’ve had it since my overnight internship days at the former Hilton KL in 1995.
That wasn’t the only thing that changed. While trying the tops at KLCC a few days ago, I discovered that I could wear 1 size smaller; even 2 sizes if I’m more toned. Have made appointments with Clarins starting this weekend; hope it’ll 
work:)
Need to go to the gym more regularly; can lose more weight and also improve stamina. Oh, I can now rush up the 3 flights of monorail stairs near my office without losing breath, hehe…Ad suggested swimming at Bangsar Sports Centre. Good idea, shall explore that too.

You go girl! Next time I am there we can go to the gym and pool together. The gym at Darby overlooks the KLCC. I ran at night and it was awesome. Truly ‘breath’taking.

kalau pakai tudung tak boleh pi sekolah..tak boleh masuk uni.. jadi ramai yg pergi sekolah..pergi uni..pergi kerja bukak tudung (atau pakai rambut palsu).. keluar dari semua tempat tu.. pakai tudung.. tapi nak buat apa la kan.. takkan tak belajar kot? bukan semua mampu utk tak bekerja..

Obstacles? U mean on wearing tudung? He said not keen on tudung-clad women, tapi Malay girls yg dia suka in d past 80% pakai tudung, hehe…I’m not so worried coz my dad used to be like that…tak suka tudung, baju kurung,etc.
Simah, I balik Mekah lambat, so kami belum jumpa lagi. I mean NEVER. Dia holiday kat KL kejap aje. Then started his new portfolio, orientation in Houston. Insyallah his sis wedding in March nanti we’ll meet - for d very 1st time!:D

i remember my first meeting.. masa tu..can u believe it? i was wearing size *small!!* sekaranggggggg……. hahahahah jangan la cakap! buat i depress ja….nasib baik laki i tak dump i *lol*..
kat sini orang pakai tudung tertekan..tu yg i malas nak mengajar kat sini.. malas nak bukak tudung…
Hahaha…definitely with purpose. Rasanya benda2 lain tu dah lengkap kot:p. Mac nanti bukan jumpa dia saja, his whole family ada;)
