Midnight Climax

Thank God it’s Friday. Today I can say that and really mean it. LOL!
Yesterday was my client’s last media event for this packed week. They had 4 media events since Monday and we were only briefed on Friday evening. Thus began a roller coaster ride. I have to say that it wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be. In fact, the series of press conferences gave us a good insight into the CEO’s way of thinking and his aspirations.
Despite us trying to talk the client out of it many times, the second press conference for yesterday became a dinner event. It only started at 9pm. Normally the media would avoid this kind of late affair, but this company is an industry key player, and also a big advertiser.
On top of that, at around 10.15pm, we had a TV interview, followed by serious business interviews with 2 newspapers.
The whole thing finished close to midnight. Talk about being crazy.
