The Newspaper Man asked me on YM why didn’t I attend his Raya open house on Saturday. What? I told him he didn’t even invite me. He said one didn’t need an invitation to attend an open house, that was the idea. Well, I’m no psychic, how would I even know about it.

He then asked did I not get his sms. Hmm… Blame the telco (my client) for unreliable service, but I think he didn’t have the guts to invite me in the first place. As if he dared have me in the room as his wife? LOL!

He kept on saying I missed a great fully-homecook feast e.g. Kambing Arab, Curry Mee, Laksa, Roti Jala, etc. That ticked me off, especially since I love Mutton. LOL! Well, his wife doesn’t cook, don’t tell me he prepared everything himself. No, just the Laksa, his mother in law cooked the Curry Mee and his sister cooked rice.

He even blabbered his address should I not go because I didn’t know where he lived. It was at Bandar Utama. Initially, he bluffed me that he lived at Kota Damansara or Sungai Buluh when we first got in touch. What an inconsistent liar, not pro la:p. When I commented, he said this was his third house, Sungai Buluh was being rented by someone, before that was Bandar Permaisuri. The fourth one would be in Kajang where he planned to live with me (had I not rejected him). Yeah, right! Idiot. I guess the number of houses proved why he said his accountant wife was good with money.

He wanted a copy of my book but he wanted it free. He wasn’t even willing to pay at cost price. To me, it’s not the money, it’s just a matter of principle. Mann! I only get 2 complimentary copies, and the number of people that I want to give as a gift to is less than the number of fingers I have on 1 hand. He’s not on the list:)

Anyway, even if I did get his sms, didn’t think I’d go. I won’t be comfortable enough to meet his family, etc, and he didn’t even know my real name. There’d be so many people from the media, one of them was bound to know me, hehe… Also, my cystic acne was still big then, it had only gone down a lot this morning:)
